We sources grass fed and finished beef fat from small farms right here in the Blue Mountains.

Organic is the Claro standard. From the beginning we have only worked with 100% organic ingredients and we will never stray away from that. It makes our soap worth every last bubble!

Most of the time skin issues are related to your diet and gut health. For this reason we cannot guarantee that our soap will heal your skin. Sometimes you are a simple soap swap away from your best skin.

Sodium and potassium hydroxide (lye) are a key ingredient in soap. There would be no soap without it. It chemically alters the fats and oils we use through the saponification process and leaves you with a product that cleanses you. Imagine if you only used olive oil to clean your skin… we reckon it will cause more of a mess.

There is nothing to worry about with the use of lye, we cure our bars for 6 weeks and to ensure there is zero lye content in the final product.
